Everything is Better in HD

The work has to look like the thinking.

We design the deck that holds a live room, the after-conference resource they keep on their phone, and the site that books the next stage.

What we make

Three surfaces. One standard.

Speakers, organizers, bureaus, and facilitators hire us when the room is expensive and the file cannot look like an afterthought.

Premium presentation design

From a skeleton or a finished file. We clean it, recut the flow, or build the keynote from scratch — so the stage looks like you meant it.

  • Cleanup of an existing PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Training and flow review before we touch pixels
  • Custom decks for main stage and boardroom
  • Workshop files recut from the same argument

After-conference resources

The easier, faster build. They leave with your high points, the lines they will still quote, the worksheet, and a tap to your book, site, and social — on the home screen, not in a lost PDF.

  • Highlight notes and memorable quotes from the talk
  • Worksheets and practice CTAs
  • Your book, site, and social — one tap to follow
  • Personal throughout, so it still feels like you

Website design & development

Fast sites for speakers, conferences, and professional brands — with optional PWA capability.

  • Speaker and thought-leader sites
  • Conference and workshop microsites
  • Professional marketing sites
  • Optional installable layer

The missing tool

The applause ends. Then you lose the room.

You deliver the talk. They clap. A few people photograph a slide. You say “find me on LinkedIn.” Within 48 hours they have forgotten most of what you said — and you have no clean way to keep them.

Start here · After-conference resources

They take the talk home. You stay on the phone.

This is the build most speakers need, and the one we can ship faster. Highlight notes, memorable quotes, a worksheet, practice CTAs, and one-tap links to your book, site, and social — written in your voice, added to the home screen. That is a direct connection, a resource, and a brand that keeps working after the lights. No live tech on stage.

Then, if the brief needs it · Follow-along

Follow-along. Their notes. Not a live poll.

They open the talk on their phone: the slides, a place to write, exercises for their own use. They stop photographing the screen. The speaker never sees their answers. After the room, the same PWA can keep the recap, practice, and booking. Standalone, or it becomes the after-briefing hub.

You do not change how you prepare. Send the outline or the rough deck. We start with after-conference resources. Follow-along is how they stay with the talk without a screenshot.

How the work behaves

Designed for the room it has to survive.

We do not publish client material. What you see here is HD Media’s own visual language — the same craft we bring to your stage, your attendees, and your site.

Presentation systems

One talk. Two files.

A keynote has to move in a straight line. A workshop has to let people jump to a theme. We build both from the same argument so you are not rewriting the thinking — only the way the room can enter it.

See the system

After-conference resources

The talk is not the last touch.

When the lights come up, most brands go dark. The resource hub keeps you on their home screen: the high points, the quotes they will still say, the worksheet, and a tap to your book, Instagram, site, or calendar — in your voice, not a leftover PDF. Follow-along is the in-room layer: private notes and exercises on the slides. Polls the speaker can see are not offered yet.

You already have a deck

Cleanup, polish, or a flow review.

Many speakers have the content and a skeleton — or a finished file that does not look like the talk. We review the training and the sequence first, then quote a flat rate by slide count. The call is how we fit the number to the file, not the other way around.

What you need Launch rate 15 slides 20 slides 30 slides
Basic cleanup
Fonts, alignment, spacing, a consistent template. You bring finished content.
$18 / slide $270 $360 $540
Professional polish
Custom layouts, hierarchy, light graphics and motion. Content is set; the room should not see the skeleton.
$35 / slide $525 $700 $1,050

Training and flow review is part of the strategy call. We look at how the talk actually moves before we lock a slide count or a bundle.

Per-slide rates are launch flats for straightforward files. Heavy animation, custom illustration, or a broken narrative is quoted after we see the deck. Extra revisions $45/hr (standard $85/hr). All current pricing is limited launch pricing.

How we work

Four steps. No theater.

01

Strategy call

Thirty minutes. The room, the file you already have (if any), the deadline, and what “won” looks like when you walk off stage.

02

Direction

Narrative structure and visual system — approved before a decorative decision is made.

03

Craft

We design, build, and tighten. You review. We revise. The work gets quieter and sharper.

04

Deliver

Source files, speaker notes, and — when you want them remembered — after-conference resources. Follow-along is scoped when they need the slides on the phone, not a screenshot.

About HD Media

A studio for rooms that matter.

HD Media is a boutique presentation and digital studio for keynote speakers, executives, conference organizers, speaker bureaus, and workshop facilitators.

We design the materials that carry your thinking: the deck on the screen, the site that books the next stage, and the after-conference resource attendees keep when the lights come up.

We are not a template shop. A weak slide can undo a strong argument. A keynote without a digital afterlife is a one-night conversation.

Everything is Better in HD.

Before the call

Questions.

Do you work in both PowerPoint and Keynote?

Yes. We deliver in the format you present in, with fonts and assets packaged so nothing breaks on the event laptop.

What is the difference between after-conference resources and follow-along?

After-conference resources are what they open when they get home: highlight notes, quotes, worksheets, practice, and one-tap links. Follow-along is what they use in the room: the slides, private notes, private exercises. Same PWA can do both. We do not run live polls or Q&A the speaker sees. That is later software, not on this card.

Can they follow the slides without photographing the deck?

Yes. That is Follow-along. Personal use only. Their notes stay on their phone.

I already have a PowerPoint. Can you just clean it up?

Yes. We review the training and the flow first, then quote a flat rate by slide: cleanup at $18 a slide, professional polish at $35. The strategy call is how we confirm the file matches that rate — or add after-conference resources if you want them remembered.

Why are launch rates this low?

We are filling a new book with the right rooms. The work does not change. The window does.

How fast can a deck turn around?

Boardroom Standard: 7–10 business days. The Keynote: 10–14. Rush is possible when the date is fixed — we will say so on the call.

Is The Card only for birthdays?

Birthday first. Then speaker impact, mentor, partner. Same engine. Different copy.

Do you only rebuild sites, or will you tell me what I have?

Website review is a punch list of the current site. $199 launch. You keep the PDF and can fix it in your own editor, or give it to your developer. A rebuild is a different offer, from $1,795 if you stay on the same platform.
